Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

These terms apply to the use of the Clean Site Removals website and, where incorporated into a quote or booking, the services provided by Clean Site Removals.

1. Services

Clean Site Removals provides structure removal services throughout Launceston and Northern Tasmania, including:

  • Deck removal
  • Shed removal
  • Fence removal
  • Carport and pergola removal
  • Cubby house removal
  • Other agreed standalone structure removal

All services are subject to availability, site conditions and confirmation of the agreed scope of work.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are prepared using the information reasonably available at the time, including photos, site inspections and information provided by the customer.

Prices may change if the scope of work changes or previously unknown site conditions are discovered. Any significant additional work will be discussed with you before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

3. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once the applicable quote or job arrangement has been accepted by both parties.

Payment requirements, due dates, deposits and other payment conditions will be stated on the applicable quote or invoice.

All amounts are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation, deposit or rescheduling conditions will apply only where they have been clearly stated in your quote or booking agreement and are permitted by law.

5. Variations & Additional Work

Additional charges may apply where you request extra work, previously hidden site conditions are discovered, or the information supplied before quoting was incomplete or inaccurate. We will explain material variations before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

6. Site Access

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time.

If access is restricted, unsafe or unavailable, we may need to delay or reschedule the work. Vehicles, personal belongings, children and pets should be kept clear of the work area.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and proposed work.

You must inform us before work begins about known or suspected asbestos, hazardous materials, underground services, electrical or gas connections, structural instability, restricted access or other conditions that may affect the work.

8. Hazardous Materials & Asbestos

Unless specifically agreed in writing, our standard structure removal service does not include specialist asbestos or hazardous-material removal. If suspected hazardous material is discovered, affected work may be paused until it can be appropriately assessed.

9. Completion & Site Clearance

We will remove and dispose of materials included within the agreed scope of work. Landscaping, resurfacing, reconstruction, ground restoration or other work is not included unless specifically stated in the accepted quote.

10. Liability & Consumer Rights

Clean Site Removals will take reasonable care while performing the agreed services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this website. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Tasmania, Australia.
